The Sensible 401k™ Plan provides a competitive schedule that incorporates the costs for regular day-to-day administrative tasks with a fee based fee based upon a range of your company's employee size. The Sensible 401k™ Plan is affordable!

Is free if the client uploads their payrolls.

- Annual Audit Package

$2750 annually - if your plan is over 100 participants and required an independent annual audit, MVP will prepare the audit package for the auditor.
The client will experience a recurring monthly charge, billed automatically to client’s bank account. Terms, conditions, features, availability, pricing, fees, service and support options subject to change without notice. Notice will be provided to current clients for any changes in fees according to required regulations. Plan administration fees are assessed monthly from the date the services begin with no proration of monthly fees. See Service Agreement for full details. Client directly pays the “Employer” based fees.
Investment-related fees will be assessed to the Plan and are not related to MVP, The Sensible 401k™ Plan or in connection with the services outlined. A separate fee disclosure will be provided showing the applicable investment-related fees.
For any incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Employer that necessitates additional calculations or statements, charges will be incurred at the hourly rate of $250. Services not outlined herein will be charged at an hourly rate of $250.
The client can discontinue services by contacting MVP Plan Administrators, Inc. by calling 1-866-687-6877 or by emailing mvp@mvp401k.com. The client must provide notice of cancellation to MVP Plan Administrators, Inc. at least sixty (60) days prior to termination. MVP Plan Administrators, Inc. will charge a $600 fee for the process of either terminating the client’s plan or assistance in transferring the client’s plan assets to another provider. This covers the cost of reporting, additional communication, and processing. However, this does not include the cost of filing for determination with the IRS or providing plan records in a format other than MVP defines.
